Production Schedule

It is was essential for me to construct a production schedule for me to follow within the upcoming weeks in order for me obtain a smooth and organise production process, and a clear route for me to follow and inform me on what to do on what particular days. 

The deadline that I was given to film and edit my opening Thriller sequence was after the February half term (14th-21st February). 

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE

22nd of December
Construction of Script
Estimated Time: 1 hour

23rd of December
Construction of Storyboard
Estimated time;3 hours

27th of December
Create Animatic
Estimated Time:2 hours

29th of December
Casting of Actors
Estimated Time: A entire day. (Call up actors, plan reserved actors, sort out key dates, etc)

1st January
Timeline of opening scene
Estimated time: 1 hour 

1st January
Decide on Locations and send off for permission.
Estimated time:2 hours.

2nd January
Costume construction
Estimated time: 2 hours (call up actors for sizing and to check that they are comfortable)

4th January
Create Animatic
Estimated time: 2 hours

5th January
Decide and upload initial soundtracks and foley sound effects.

8th January
Risk Assessment/Call Sheet
Estimated time-2hours 

12th January
Script Rehersals 
Location:School
Actors:Eleanor Rackham and Gerald Lappin
Estimated Time: 40 mins

14th January
Buying of costume/gathering of costume
Location:My house and Dartford shopping centre
Estimated Time: 3 hours

15th January 
Gathering of props
Location: Guess Who Dartford shop and My house.
Estimated Time: 1 hour

18th January
Dress Rehersals 
Location: My aunties house 
Estimated time: 3 hours

7th of February
Email Call Sheets and Risk assessments to all actors
Estimated time: 5mins

14th of Febraury
Cast meeting to go over timetable, etc.
Estimated time: 30 mins

15th February 
Film the whole of inductory house scene & car scene.
Location: My auntie's house
Actors: Eleanor Rackham and Gerald Lappin
Estimated time: entire day.

16th February
Film the rest of opening scene. School disruption scene.
Location: York Road School
Actors: Gerald Lappin, Brian Smith, Eleanor Rackham, and David Barwell.
Estimated time: 4 hours.

17th February
Go through entire filming to ensure I have everything.
Estimated Time: 5 mins.
 
18th February
Upload and start editing my opening thriller scene.
Estimated: 4 hours 

19th February 
Finish editing if need be and share on to social networking websites.
Estimated time: 2 hours

20th February
Continue on audience feedback
Estimated Time: 1 hour

I intend to follow this production schedule, however if obstacles do occur along the way, I will make sure that I will not fall behind schedule to a large extent.
